Back to the Ms Independance thing

So after the complain complain complaining. I will have to discuss the fun side of things before I start wondering why I moved out. (It is however much easier to blog reams and reams of complaints than praises)

I actually really enjoy having visitors. I have pride in being able to serve them food and drinks from my own stash on my own crockery with my own cutlery.

I enjoy the way everything looks when it is all tidy. Even tho I have to spend so much time cleaning up.

I enjoy that the space is all mine and I being alone it it is cool - I can slouch on the couches and space out if I want. So the couches are noisy and the fridge leaks and some of the cupboards smell funny but it is under my care and so I take ownership of it. I wouldn't say I am a neat freak (I am an anti-decomposing-stuff-neat-freak tho)

I enjoy planning what I am going to eat every night. This is no student home. my cupboards are stocked.

I enjoy that my bedroom is not my study and that my chocolate has a shelf of it's own in my cupboard.

I enjoy that I can have bacon and eggs for supper.... Actually making supper is fun. It doesn't always work. but sometimes it turns out just fine. I make oven baked macaroni cheese the other day. And beef stroganoff last night. and they were both DELICIOUS!

I am actually pleased that my mother taught me how to throw meals together. I made a mince stir fry bolognaise vegetable sauce affair on rice the other day - it was awesome and completely obscure in ingredients. (let's not talk about the cabbage soup tho....)

I enjoy making pudding... Jelly Rocks.
I enjoy making coffee (altho I don't get to do the fancy peculated stuff often)
In general it is the exploration of the Independence that is good. Having the control over my time and space.
I have wondered if I am borderline agoraphobic with my anxiety induced by crowds... I really don't like people crowding me in. hence the love of my big space... hmmm
